What the product does and how it is positioned
MeetPaw is an open-source menu-bar application built for macOS that provides rapid access to video conferencing services. Designed to remove the friction of opening browser tabs and navigating calendar interfaces, the utility lets users generate instant meeting links for Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams directly from their desktop interface.
The software acts as a central calendar timeline, unifying up to five separate accounts per provider into an aggregated view. Users can schedule upcoming meetings with integrated conflict checks, join active calls with a single click, and trigger instant sessions across the operating system using dedicated global keyboard shortcuts.
Source-supported ways to use the product
Spin up instant Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams sessions and immediately copy the shareable link to the clipboard without opening a browser.
Track and access calls across up to five separate provider accounts within a single aggregated timeline from the menu bar.
Book future calendar appointments with automatic video link creation and cross-calendar conflict verification using a native macOS sheet.
The documented workflow, where available
Download the application for macOS 14 or later and configure the initial Gatekeeper permissions to display the paw icon in the menu bar.
Authenticate directly with up to five Google, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams accounts to populate the calendar drawer and Keychain credentials.
Trigger an instant session via single click or shortcut, or right-click to open the drawer and schedule a meeting with conflict checks.
Access upcoming calls directly from the timeline view or respond to heads-up reminders delivered 15 minutes before start.

Answers based on the source-checked product record
MeetPaw runs on macOS 14 or later and supports both Apple silicon and Intel processor architectures.
MeetPaw supports Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, allowing connections for up to five accounts per provider.
Account tokens are stored locally in the macOS Keychain and never leave the device. The app communicates directly with Google, Zoom, and Microsoft without intermediate servers, ads, or tracking.
Users can use global hotkeys from any application: Command-Shift-M for Google Meet, Command-Shift-Z for Zoom, and Command-Shift-T for Microsoft Teams.
Because MeetPaw is not notarized, macOS Gatekeeper presents a warning on initial launch, requiring users to open it via the right-click menu or System Settings.
