Fetches all tickets from Zendesk:
• Uses Zendesk REST API
• Retrieves all records (returnAll: true)
• Returns: ticket ID, status, created_at, sla_due, prio

Rejected:

For each ticket, calculates:

Sets priority to: 'High'
Adds note: 'Auto-prioritised due to SLA nearing breach'

Means:
• 90% of SLA time consumed
• Only ~10% time remaining
• Ticket at risk of breach
🟡 WARNING THRESHOLD
Condition: percentElapsed ≥ 75%
Means:
• 75% of SLA time consumed
• ~25% time remaining
• Ticket needs attention
